Dear Herbalife Nutrition Leaders:

Over the past year, you have demonstrated incredible leadership, resilience and a unique ability to rise to meet any challenge. The results of 2021 show our growth strategy in action, and they reflect your hard work and continuous dedication to improving communities all over the world.

Every day, I see what we are capable of as one team working together, and it is deeply inspiring, especially as we continue navigating through these unprecedented times.

As you know, Honors is our global event that brings together leaders from all over the world. When announcing Honors 2022 in Los Angeles back in March, we truly believed that the situation with the pandemic would improve during the year. Sadly, the world continues to be in different stages, and while some regions/markets might be seeing some relaxed restrictions, other regions of our global Herbalife Nutrition family continue to suffer from new waves and lockdowns. In addition, the current restrictions mean that at least 25% of our qualified attendees won’t be able to travel to the U.S. This doesn’t include whatever local restrictions might be in place, and as we all know, the situation is fluid and continually changing. We also considered all the changes in the Honors experience that would need to take place to comply with existing guidelines, including indoor mask wearing, boxed meals and limited parties, which wouldn’t allow us to satisfy the high-level experience expected from the event.

The continued safety and well-being of our Distributors, our employees and our communities will always remain our primary concern. There is a lot of uncertainty about just how long this will continue. With that in mind, and with the goal of ensuring the best experience for ALL qualifiers from all the regions, after extensive review of the situation, the Company has made the decision to proceed with a virtual event for 2022 Honors. After an extraordinary virtual Honors 2021, we are confident that working closely with the Honors Committee and the best talents in the event industry, we will deliver another amazing virtual experience for all the qualifiers. As you can imagine, this was not an easy decision by any means. As leaders, we know you will support this tough decision.

With Honors 2022 now going virtual, we decided to add additional ways to qualify, as we did for Honors 2021, which gives more leaders the opportunity to access the best trainings and incredible recognition. This means that all Millionaire 7,500 Team Members will automatically qualify for the event. In addition, any Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve 6,000 Royalty Override (RO) Points in any one calendar month from March 2021 through January 2022 (payments from April 2021 through February 2022) will also become Honors qualifiers. Active World Team STARS Promotion qualification remains unchanged.

As always, the event will include insightful trainings from high-performing leaders from all around the world and exciting Distributor recognition events, including the Mark Hughes Bonus Awards. We’ll also be focused on fundraising for our Herbalife Nutrition Foundation. The children we serve through our Casa Herbalife Nutrition programs need us now more than ever.

We’ll take what we’ve learned this year and utilize even more innovative, cutting-edge technology to enhance the experience and increase engagement. We’ve already seen what’s possible in this new environment, as we are reaching an unprecedented number of Distributors with our virtual events, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s in store for Honors 2022. So, save the dates of April 5-8 for training, recognition and, of course, the Mark Hughes Bonus Awards.
