Required Documents 

A valid Passport or Driving License which matches the name and surname on your application. You will be need to upload a picture/scan of the ID in pdf, jpeg or bmp format only (4mb max)

Legal Identification

Your first name and surname on the application MUST be entered, as they appear on your ID.

Sponsor ID and Surname

Your Sponsor is the person who introduced you to Herbalife Nutrition. Their ID is 8-10 digits long and the first three letters of their surname are also required. 

Home Address

The applicant’s country of residence and home address, must be within the UK.

Applicant Age

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors between 14 and 17 years old cannot complete an online application. 

Physical purchase of a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack must be made and the contract along with the Deed of Guarantee for Minors, must be sent to Herbalife Nutrition.

Individual Application

Membership application must be submitted in an individual capacity, not as a business or corporation. Partners & Life Partners can be added to the account, once created.

Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack

If you have not yet purchased a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack (HMP), you can purchase one during registration. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 

If you have already purchased a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack (HMP) and are registering online, you will need the ID number and online code that appear at the top of the Member application within the pack.
